Key Responsibilities:

HR & Payroll System:

Maintain and ensure the integrity of the data within the SAGE and SAP databases,
Maintain integrity of clocking data - training and refreshing knowledge of users,
Production of monthly timesheets,
Production of monthly overtime and absence reports and transfer maintaining control / supporting documentation,
Manage the payroll - inputting data onto the payroll system and liaising with the payroll provider,
Oversee all disciplinary and grievance matters ensuring that they are conducted efficiently, fairly and in line with company policy, good practice guidelines and legal requirements,
Support Managers in the review of department structures and development of job descriptions to support cost effective and appropriate recruitment,
Identify and implement recognition systems, processes and procedures across the company with the aim of achieving a sustainable, high level of engagement,
Advise and support Line Managers on the recognition and appraisal of their team/team members,
Develop and review remuneration systems to ensure salaries are cost effective, appropriate and in line with market forces,

General HR Administration:

Production of company notices,
Management and organisation of company noticeboards,
Production of standard letters - salary increases, offer letters, etc.
Administration of recruitment - placing of adverts, acknowledgement, invite to interview and regret letters,
Raising of HR workflows to gain approval for recruitment,
Production of Job Descriptions,
Revising, updating and adding to company policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practice
