Purpose of Job / Role Intent:

The Training Coordinator is responsible to assist the SHE Academy with multi-functional administration duties. To record/capture learning on SAP LSO for Contractors and on T@W LMS for Sasol Employees.

Their learning administration support includes, but is not limited, to the following:  

  • SHE course catalogue scheduling and maintenance
  • Manage and maintain dual LMS systems
  • Document control
  • Record Keeping and archiving
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Customer facing engagement and support
  • External Service Provider training coordination support
  • General admin duties

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required

Required entry Qualifications:  

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate

Required entry Years of relevant experience:

  • 2-4 years with relevant learning administration experience

Other requirements: (Must)

  • SAP and T@W LMS Experience
  • Certificates in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel with Pivot Tables)
